Soccer Referee Association incorporated "TSRA" is a
non-stock, non-profit corporation servicing local soccer
organizations by providing referees in the Virginia Beach,
Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, and Suffolk areas.
Primary goals of TSRA:
Support organized soccer
Assign
qualified referees to officiate soccer
matches within its service area
